When you use Lnkzy to shorten a URL, we store: the original URL you submitted, the short alias generated, the date and time the link was created, and a click counter that increments each time someone visits your short link. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly. We do not store visitor IP addresses or track individual users across sessions.
How We Use Your Information
We use the stored data solely to: provide the URL shortening service, display click statistics on your stats page, and improve the reliability and performance of Lnkzy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Google AdSense
Lnkzy displays Google AdSense advertisements on the homepage only. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at google.com/settings/ads. For more information about how Google uses data, visit google.com/policies/privacy/partners. Redirect pages and blog pages on Lnkzy contain no advertisements.
Cookies

Data Retention
Short links and their click counts are stored indefinitely to ensure links remain functional. To request deletion of a link, contact us at hello@lnkzy.io with the short URL and we will remove it within 7 business days.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of any short link by contacting hello@lnkzy.io. Since we do not maintain user accounts, we cannot verify ownership beyond matching the original URL details you provide.

We may update this policy periodically. The Last Updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Lnkzy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
