You agree NOT to use Lnkzy to: shorten URLs leading to spam, phishing, or malware; distribute illegal content of any kind; violate any third party's intellectual property rights; conduct automated scraping or abuse of the service; link to content that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity. We reserve the right to remove any link that violates these terms without notice.
No Account Required / No Guarantee of Ownership
Because Lnkzy does not require account creation, we cannot verify link ownership. Links are provided on a first-come, first-served basis for any alias. We do not guarantee that a specific alias will remain available.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Lnkzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any shortened link.
Limitation of Liability
Lnkzy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any links shortened through the service.
Third-Party Content
Lnkzy is not responsible for the content of destination URLs. We do not endorse, monitor, or control the websites that shortened links point to.
